if you are interested in collaborating with our exhibition space, below you can find everything necessary for an initial general overview of our reality, such as: the regulations governing our exhibition space accompanied by the respective form for the request of halls allocation, the data regarding available exhibition areas, and the supplementary materials we provide to our exhibitors.

EXHIBITION HALL 1 - BLUE

Available exhibition area: 26,50 sq m

• A quadrangular room with dark variegated stone flooring.
• The ceiling features exposed white iron beams with open-pore white painted boarding.
• All perimeter walls, except for the staircase, are equipped with a white aluminum rail system to which special perlon or steel wires are attached, allowing artworks to be hung using clips. This system permits movement in two directions (up > down, right > left) with a maximum load capacity of 20 kg per linear metre.
• The room includes adjustable spotlights for custom lighting.
• This room houses the main entrance on Salita Plinio.
• A small airlock provides direct access to the room.
• To the right of the entrance, a space can be used for reception or as a bookshop.

EXHIBITION HALL 2 - WHITE

Available exhibition area: 31,50 sq m

• This is the most picturesque of the four rooms, with exposed stone walls and a barrel vault ceiling.
• It is equipped with adjustable spotlights and an exhibition system using perlon or steel wires on the walls.
• The regular shape lends itself to the placement of tables or display cases with horizontally arranged objects.
• It can be used for small conferences, seminars, or meetings.
• There is a large window with a view of the Church of San Giacomo Square.
• An entrance from Via Roncati allows independent access separate from hall number 1, from which it is divided by a door.

EXHIBITION HALL 3 - YELLOW

Available exhibition area: 30,50 sq m

• A quadrangular room with white boarded flooring.
• The ceiling features exposed white iron beams with open-pore white painted boarding.
• The room includes adjustable spotlights for custom lighting.
• Large windows ensure excellent natural lighting.
• All perimeter walls, except for the staircase, are equipped with a white aluminum rail system to which special perlon or steel wires are attached, allowing artworks to be hung using clips. This system permits movement in two directions (up > down, right > left) with a maximum load capacity of 20 kg per linear metre.

EXHIBITION HALL 4 - RED

Available exhibition area: 31,60 sq m

• A quadrangular room with white boarded flooring.
• The ceiling features exposed roof beams with open-pore white painted boarding.
• The room is equipped with adjustable spotlights for custom lighting.
• Large windows and two skylights ensure excellent natural lighting.
• A notable feature is the small terrace overlooking Salita Plinio.
• All perimeter walls, except for the staircase, are equipped with a white aluminum rail system to which special perlon or steel wires are attached, allowing artworks to be hung using clips. This system permits movement in two directions (up > down, right > left) with a maximum load capacity of 20 kg per linear metre.

For all exhibitors, the following setup materials are available:

• No. 30 natural wood easels. 15 of these are painted dark grey. Please request in advance from the TDAB Association representative for use;
• No. 05 tables with easel legs (dimensions 150x50 cm - height: approx. 90 cm) with medium density fibreboard tops covered in light grey fabric;
• No. 4 light grey wooden parallelepipeds (dimensions approx. 40x40x150 cm);
• A variable number of additional perlon wires (about 80 pieces) and steel wires (about 70 pieces);
• Additional clips in steel and aluminium (about 150 pieces).
